JUSE Privacy Policy

JUSE is a mobile card game provided by Softlocate Pty Ltd. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use JUSE, view advertisements in the app, or contact us for support.
Information collected directly by JUSE
JUSE does not require players to create an account and does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or payment details as part of normal gameplay.
Local game settings
JUSE may store simple information locally on your device, such as your player name, sound setting, help or tutorial preferences, appearance or theme settings, and limited gameplay-related preferences. This information is used to provide and remember your selected game experience.
Local settings generally remain on your device until they are changed, cleared, or the app is removed.
Advertising and Google AdMob
JUSE displays advertising using Google AdMob, a service provided by Google. The app may display banner advertisements and interstitial advertisements at appropriate points in the game.
The Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect, process, or share certain information for purposes such as advertising, ad measurement, analytics, security, and fraud prevention. Depending on the device, platform, permissions, privacy choices, and Google settings, this information may include:
- IP address, which may be used to estimate a device's general location.
- Device or app identifiers, including advertising-related identifiers where available.
- Information about interactions with the app and advertisements, such as app launches, taps, ad impressions, or video views.
- Diagnostic and performance information, such as crash-related data, app launch performance, hang rate, or similar technical information.
- Advertising information, such as advertisements that have been shown or interacted with.
The exact information processed by Google can vary depending on platform, device settings, consent status, advertising configuration, and changes made by Google to its services.
Advertising privacy choices and consent
Where required, JUSE may use Google's consent and privacy messaging tools to present privacy choices before requesting advertisements. Your choices may affect whether ads are personalized, non-personalized, or otherwise limited according to applicable law and Google's advertising systems.
You may also be able to manage advertising and privacy controls through your iOS or Android device settings and through Google account or advertising settings.

Support information
If you contact Softlocate for support, we may receive information that you voluntarily provide, such as your email address, device model, app version, operating system version, screenshots, screen recordings, and your support message.
How we use support information
- To respond to your support request.
- To investigate bugs, crashes, advertising issues, or gameplay problems.
- To improve JUSE and future app updates.
- To maintain reasonable support and business records where necessary.
Sharing of information
Softlocate does not directly sell personal information for money. Information may be processed or shared with service providers when necessary to operate JUSE, provide advertising, respond to support requests, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud or abuse, or protect our rights and users.
Google and its advertising partners may process information independently in accordance with their own privacy policies and applicable legal obligations.
Children's privacy
JUSE is intended as a general-audience casual card game. We do not knowingly ask children to provide personal information through normal gameplay. If you believe a child has provided personal information directly to Softlocate through a support request, please contact us and we will take reasonable steps to review and remove that information where appropriate.
Data security
We take reasonable steps to protect information handled by Softlocate. However, no application, device, network, or internet-based service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Data retention
Information you provide directly to Softlocate for support is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for support, business, legal, security, or record-keeping purposes. Data processed by Google AdMob is subject to Google's own retention practices and privacy policies.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when JUSE changes, when we add or remove third-party services, or when privacy or legal requirements change. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be changed when the policy is materially updated.
